Long before virtual events became the norm, EYECatalunya was already pioneering the integration of live streaming and real-time interactivity. Created and hosted by Patricia Caicedo, the program ran monthly from 2014 to 2016, allowing audiences around the world to engage directly with Catalonia’s vibrant creative scene—breaking geographical and disciplinary boundaries years before it became mainstream.

Broadcast from three of Barcelona’s most iconic cultural landmarks—Recinte de Sant Pau, Arts Santa Mònica, and the Biblioteca de Catalunya—EYECatalunya offered in-depth, interactive interviews with leading figures in science, the arts, technology, and social innovation. The project exemplified the transdisciplinary, inclusive, and forward-thinking vision that defines all of Patricia’s work.
